Balkan Western leaders met yesterday in New York with European Diplomacy Chief Josep Borrell in the context of co-ordinated actions by the US and EU to resolve the problems that remain in the Western Balkans mainly for reaching the final Kosovo-Serbia agreement and the heated conflict in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
