The Democratic League of Kosovo at a media conference has once again sought by the Government of Kosovo at the helm with Prime Minister Albin Kurti to dialogue with SBASK leaders in order to find a solution to the strike. From the LDK, they have asked the government to enable the immediate start of learning in the country's schools.
“The teachers have certain requests for the Government that have made them public, but have encountered a total government failure. This has happened only because the Government has no readiness to dialogue with teachers. The government has also made a polarisation of the situation, dividing citizens for or against strike”, it is said at the media conference.
The Democratic League of Kosovo has asked the government and relevant institutions to sit down from tomorrow and find a solution to the situation created about the education process.
They have said that the start of the learning process is hurting parents when the economic crisis peaks.
The government is showing sensitivity to students, citizens, parents, even when the economic crisis is at its peak and when we have a situation where parents have a crisis in the sense of economic management of their families, they are also facing difficulties in managing their children, since schools have not started learning and they risk losing their jobs”, the conference said.
