The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pec reports that during the day of yesterday, he banned three people (H.A., E.H., and M.A.), who were acting as a member of the group committed criminal work “The Reside”.
The three suspects acting as a member of the group have managed to steal from the injured cash worth of 20,000 euros, where following the co-ordination of the State Prosecutor with the Kosovo Police, three suspects (H.A., E.H., and M.A.) were arrested last night around 18:00, the prosecution reported.
After searching the houses of the defendants, stolen money has been found at the house of one of the suspects, in many of the 20 thousand (2000) euros”, the report said.
By order of the State Attorney, suspects have been detained 48 hours, while within the legal deadline, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pec will submit a request for the detention measure against the three defendants in the competent court.
