Unlike yesterday in the trial process against former KLA member Salih Mustafa, the defence of former Kosovo Liberation Army member Salih Mustafa has filed concluding statements before the court in The Hague.
The defender's lawyer, Salih Mustafa, Julius von Bone, at the start of the closing statement, denies the prosecution's accusations. He said that on these charges against his client, there is also talk of a BIA organisation, made up of 500 or 600 members, and that the unit acted in Zlat, but Von Bone says it doesn't stay.

Lawyer Annie Pues, during yesterday's hearing, said that, according to the testimony of many witnesses, the accused is held responsible for arbitrary detention, inhuman treatment, murder, torture and, according to her, he should be punished, KK reported.
The Act charges Mustafe with individual criminal responsibility and criminal responsibility as a superior for crimes committed by several KLA members against persons detained at the Zlach detention complex in Kosovo's Gollak region.
According to the indictment, roughly between April 1st 1999 and about the end of April 1999, Salih Mustafa and several KLA soldiers, policemen and guards had the same common goal of questioning and mistreating detainees at the Zlach detention complex.
Mustafa was arrested and transferred to the detention unit of Kosovo's Specialised Chambers on 24 September 2020.
Testing on this court case ended on June 20, 2022.
On July 21st and July 22, 2022, the Mustafa and Prosecutor's Protection handed over their final court files, while submitting concluding statements is meant to take place between September 13th and September 15th 2022 and September 16th as a day reserve.
