Disgusting at the Ministry of Donika Gervalles: Protest warned tomorrow

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora Union Association has organised a protest tomorrow.

This has been made known by a media communique from this association.

As she has said the association, this protest has been called because of the situation in the ministry.

They have also come up with several requests.

The Union Association announces that tomorrow, Thursday, the date of 22.09.2022, ahead of the MPJD facility a peaceful protest of the Union Association and MPJD officials and officials regarding the situation in the MPJD will take place.

Below, find out the protest points:

To return the Constitutional Order immediately and the legality of the Foreign Service;

Stop assaulting union activity, Mr. Association Chairman. Agron Maloku, and his return to MPJD;

To immediately be abolished by the Government of the Republic of Kosovo Rule 1/2022 on reorganisation and Systemisation in MPJD. First legal changes are made then to function underground acts.

Set to the leadership positions of the secretary and others under the administration's law and hierarchy. (Be quick to dismiss the colants and Klica with illegal decisions: Behar Isma'ma with the 9th cofficient who has been tasking a vice. SP with illegal dictatorship and arbitrators; Gigan Berisha co-operative in lawlessness; Ragip Zanoulhu... and take disciplinary measures and judicial and legal means for continued legal offenses that are taking them;)

Stop revenge on union and its president immediately in accordance with the union law.

To abolish all arbitrary decisions that have caused colleagues to leave work and not make decisions on leaving without court ruling.

To apply adequate systems of experienced and diplomatic colleagues;

To stop the persecution and corruption of long-term diplomatic diplomats and office, on administrative, gender and ethnic grounds, all of which are behind the adminostivo-political difference;

Stop the announced anti-legal (outside and parallel movement) contests.

Stop the persecution and discrimination of diplomats in the devised commissions;

Have merit treatment according to the good international practices of diplomatic officials at MPJD in the Law on Salaries;

To improve working conditions in MPJD spaces and other rights of officials and diplomats in MPJD.
