The secretary's request has been put forward to the argument that Qorri has not observed the legal provisions of the Public Procurement Law for procurement activities such as “Dremation, Canalisation, Philological Watery, F SHAM, LOT 11”, and “Travel services in and out of the country for the needs of UP”.
Periscope has seen KCPP's decision to revote the license, and, among other things, the petitioner has claimed these violations were made:
For the tender “Dedirection, Canalization, Philological Waterfall... tear by 11”, the Public Procurement Official is alleged to be. - The ZPP has not broken the contract, where over-stepping of positions over 30 percent has been made, and that it has continued by conducting new procedures on unforeseen jobs for the same project (10 percent from the base contract).
In the CAPP report, it is said that in terms of procurement activity “Travel services in and out of the country for the needs of UP” are alleged that this contract was not signed on the basis of legislation in effect, because there is a lack of the bias of the main Admiral Official. -ZAHA. The contract also lacks vehicle commitments, is not signed by the unit, which is one of the basic requirements before signing the contract based on the Procure Law.
Since KCPP certificates procurement officials, the institution also annuls them if the provisions of the law are violated. So, from now on, it'll only be the duty of a simple procurement official.
