The same has shown the reasons why strikes and discrimination will begin that the Kurti Government has done in 3 cases with Kosovo private sector workers.
The Kosovo government on 3 September prepared a 150-million-euro package, which will include power subsidies as well as financial support for certain categories of society. She had seen support for the private sector leave it in the capacities of employers, who would subvent in half for three months if they increased workers' salaries.
That condition was opposed by the Kosovo Private Sector Technical Union Federation, which had sent letters to Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Finance Minister Iron Murati.
The damage to private sector workers, according to union unionist Azem, was done in three cases, initially with 60 euros being allocated for doctors and nurses but not for technical workers, later when the government provided 100 euros and most of the workers in this sector could not apply for those additions, and third, the simulation that was supposed to be made 50 euros by the government of 50 euros from the employers.
We have come to this decision since in a very short time we were injured by private sector workers, mainly in hospitals and family medicine centres, the Kosovo government shared 60 euros, symbolic issues for nurses, but not for technical and physical workers. The second case, we were damaged after the government gave 100 euros to each of the workers, some workers didn't have the day fill their apps and somehow lost that right by what we like the Union made request to the Minister Murati to give us an opportunity and that at least the means that they haven't primarily taken private sector workers who are poor to give us an opportunity to re-amplify, it didn't give us a chance to be able to have <x>
“The third simulation being made for public and private sector workers, private employees at the start of the decision, and they said that if the owner gives 50 euros, I'll give them 50 euros, we thought it's a technical error and it's not good enough, on Saturday the decision was made to simulation in terms of“, the chairman of the Union said.
Azem indicated that they have sent letters to both chief executive Kurti, but also to the finance minister, saying the private sector is agreeing to receive only 50 euros from the government and not 100 euros.
That, according to him, private company owners will not do this financing.
“Unfortunately these tools instead of going into the budget of a poor family of these workers remain in Kosovo's budget, and, we wrote both to the prime minister and Murat... We're only agreeing to take the 50 euro government because we're aware that the owners of companies will do this financing, and we're telling the tools you share with the government, some form we're agreeing to take in 50 euros”, the unionist said.
The government's actions towards private sector workers, Azmi, has considered a game and the same confirmed to Insideder that preparations to go against this decision have begun, so the strike will begin next week.
” Now it turns out that some form has been a game of them and we've given a deadline by September 20th, now the preparations have already started, of course, which is the procedure that gets me into the strike, I hope next week if something doesn't move, and I believe there's going to be something, we'll be found on the strike. It's a meaningless decision a deceitful decision, especially in the private sector because we're 2 times the lowest salaries we're 2 times discriminated against workers since public sector employees enjoy this right, we were discriminated against”, he added.
According to the unionist, the government's goal has been that those means that are divided remain in Kosovo's budget and thus remain to the owners of companies.
We don't have anything to do with it anymore, we can force the company's owners, we have them in the position of quitters. Mr. “The owner gives me 50 euros that the government is also giving me”, better than 10 euros without conditioning. The goal has been to keep the means at Kosovo's budget and to convict company owners”, Azem told the end.
We remember that the United Education Union of Kosovo is currently in the third week of the strike.
