The document notes that Kosovo's Antiterrorism Unit has received information on the assassinations to Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, Ismet Haxha's, former Kosovo Intelligence Service member and relative of Kadri Veselin and Xhavit Halit, a member of the Democratic Party of Kosovo and former delegations.
The suspect is Prek Kodra, Albanian citizen. The document points out that he has good skills in using snipers. He is allegedly involved in several murders in Kosovo and Montenegro. Meanwhile, Kodra allegedly lives in Shkodra, while moving to Tropoj, Ferizaj and Kosovo's Decani.
