Vuciq addresses Escobar for Association: Are you kidding?

Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, has responded to the emissary of the United States, Gabriel Escobar, who has declared that “The Association of the Serb- Majority municipalities must be a conflict of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo”.

“You're kidding”, Vuciq said, reports RTS.

All they said was that they would impose their will. They don't care what Belgrade has to say, so I don't even know what dialogue is about. Those who said that they should discuss association, as well as that it should be in accordance with the constitution of Kosovo, let me ask, are they joking? What we negotiated then” asked Vuciq.

This statement comes a week before the meeting in Brussels with Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurtin.

For that meeting, Vuciq has voiced scepticism, as he says that “ns are interested in Belgrade's” position.

According to him, <x0.0mmm is having double standards in terms of Kosovo”, compared to the Ukraine case.

He has also said that Serbia's Parliament continues in September, and that is where Kosovo will be talked about.

I believe that in September we will go to the Assembly to analyse the situation with Kosovo, that is our obligation. People listen to what our obligation is, and I hope that the reason for” will prevail, Vuciq declared.

But dialogue with Kosovo, he has propagand for Kosovo ʹ saying that “Pristina is preparing the killing of Serbs”.
