The exact causes leading up to these murders are still unknown. And a large number of residents in Medovina have gathered.
Amateur images show ambulances transporting victims of the attack.
Children who were gathered in a youth camp in Cetinje are safe, and for no moment have been endangered, despite the attack not far from where they were staying.
