Svechla said the situation in the north is stable and calm.
“From numerous meetings with Kosovo Police members and KFOR we realised that the situation in these municipalities is calm and stable. From this visit, we saw closely that they are fulfilling their duties in law enforcement, maintaining peace, and providing lasting stability as our common goal. Their daily engagement in providing security and establishing legitimacy is also a relief but also a guarantee of a better life for residents of this area”, Svechla wrote on Facebook yesterday.
Svecla has said that Kosovo institutions will continue to ensure free movement for all “citizens indiscriminately, in line with the laws in force”.

We will be implementing the right and legal decisions, which are in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo”, the interior minister has written.
