Sleep, exercise and stress control are important factors for a strong immune system, Turkish scientists said today, warning that lack of sleep makes you less vulnerable to infectious diseases.
“Flin enough to be secreted enough melatonia, don't smoke, don't use tobacco products, eat a rich food of vegetables and fruits, regularly exercise”, says the Turkish Kidney Foundation in a statement about ways to strengthen the immune system, broadcast BW.
The foundation also recommended hand washing regularly and appropriately, as well as lowering the level of stress.
“has proved that the immune system is damaged and vulnerable to infections in many sleep-related diseases”, said Derya Karadensiz, sleep disorders expert, stressing the role of sleep in body repair.
Experimental studies attest to a strong link between the immune system and sleep, she noted, adding that in a study in which people who were allowed only four hours of sleep per four nights had much weaker immune reactions when they were given flu vaccines on the fifth day compared to those who did regular bedtime.
Timur Erk, head of the foundation, warned that essential vitamins and minerals should be taken by meeting people's needs at the time of COVID-19.
Healthy diet, exercise, stress control and sleep. The saying of our grandmothers, children grow up in sleep, is now worth all the individuals and has been testified to by scientific research”, he added.
