At a media conference, the KOMF expresses concern over neglect, institutional inaction and poor performance of the child protection system.
According to them, it is not working to prevent situations of assaults and sexual abuses against children and to deal with cases where children are victims of sexual abuse.
This reaction comes after Saturday, after an 11-year-old was allegedly violated sexually by five suspects.
