Serbian and Russian secret agents are finding scope in northern Kosovo, while one of the main figures of the Serbian Security Agency (BIA), Bojan Dimeri, stands at the helm, say security experts in the country.
Security Affairs expert Agim Musliu points out that the enemies control these exhibits as a whole, which they call “idios exploited”.
According to the Forum for Security and Democracy in Belgrade, 4,036 Russian agents operate in Serbia, of which 113 in BIA, 7 at Serbia's presidency, 27 in government, etc.
Musliu adds that the director's high level of the director in BIA, who is decorated by Aleksandar Vuciqi, is one of 113 Russian agents in the agency.
“Boyan Dimiqi has been spying years in Kosovo, with a greater number in Kosovo's north, but also in other ads. These poor ones are not even aware of working on the Russian issue and are oriented at different social levels, criminal, political, everyday life. We have the case of Radojchi, Veselovich, who are the plaintiffs of the former Arkan. These policies, which are inherited from long-standing Russia. Then it's Milosevic, we have Gruevski in Macedonia, and we have Rakiq, who has contacted Putin directly in Moscow, he remembers that the French president has stayed 12m away from him, while Rakiqi has stood hand in hand, means a very close proximity that to Putin agents in the Western Balkans are very important because through them he destabilis the Balkans and achieves its goal. In this respect, if there are Russian agents in Kosovo, using idiots because they are unaware of this service”, says security expert.
Citing the content in social media accounts, Musliu says the disillusionment has already become a promoter, or Russian influential agent.
“Dimiqi has been a leading time by BIA directors and is the main agent of the Russian Federation in Serbia. Besides being an open agent of Russia, he's been acting openly for five or six years as their agent, except he's officially a BIA agent, he's a dangerous agent for the fact that he's an influential agent, because he promotes the Russian case. It has direct ties with President Vuciq, who has decorated it and has direct links to the secret services and spying of the Russian Federation (FSB) and GRU”, Musliu says.
According to them, Russian agents also control the Serbian secret service and much of their life in Serbia. In this respect, Musliu also points to the image of Serbian President Alexander Vuciq.
His “His activity (Aleksandar Vucicht) shows that the same is under Russian secret service influence and that his political stability shows him, in a moment he is pro-European and at the next moment is pro-rus. Example, two months ago he declared at a press conference that the world will face a huge humanitarian crisis, wars, but after five minutes it presented a programme that presented Serbia with a huge economic and agricultural progress, under which Serbia would be the leader in Europe. These are two very opposite cases at the same time, that is. This politician has a very deep disbalancial in himself”, Musliu points out.
That Russia is interested in using Serbia for its politics, university professor Arben Hajrullahu says.
If viewed for a longer period of decades, Russian interest has always been used by Serbia as the basis for realising its expansionist policies and in Serbia has often found a fertile land for its own actions, and this, especially in recent years, has been widespread. So it's part of the Russian expansion project, where Serbia has voluntarily become the tool of Russia”, Hajrullahu says.
As for the Serbian state's claims to integrate into the European Union, Hajrullahu says it is beautiful hard and feasible, as Serbia continues to act as an extended hand of Russian interests. On the contrary, it says Serbia within the EU would be like the “Toja's Cali”.
The “could happen that it could theoretically achieve that, but then Serbia would be inside the European Union as a horse of Troy, that is, to serve Russian interests within the European Union. Even so, the process of integration into the European Union for Serbia appears more in the best frozen case, as seen in the non-compliance of foreign policy but also of security with the European Union's positions. Even recent developments, the war in Ukraine has spread even more Serbian willful dependence on Russian state policies”, he points out.
While, security expert Musliu says that without de-russing Serbia, there can be no European integration.
Serbia cannot integrate into any part of Europe, even though Europe has a lot of understanding for them, but I think it's an impossible thing to live in Russia's levers and integrate into Europe. That is impossible, this is a burden that is up to the Serbian people to make their cleanup from the past”, he points out.
Professor Hajrullahu says the state of Kosovo with its institutions are aware of Serb-Russian trends for destabilising the country, but stressed that common assistance is needed even from the Western world to prevent that from happening.
Russian secret agents in Serbia are infiltrated in the most important institutions of the Serbian state. Besides the Forum for Security and Democracy from Belgrade, Serbia has also been accusing of many other relief factors for enabling the operation of Russian intelligence, as is the case with the disguise of the operation of the so-called Humanitarian Centre Russo-Serbe Centre in Nis.
We remember that the day before, at the border crossing point in the country's north, Daria Aslamova has been arrested. According to Interior Minister Jelal Svecla, many states have proven that she has been involved in spying on Russian military intelligence and that she has acted on the journalist's clothing. /kp
