Known security expert: KFOR concerned with gang presence in masks

Last night's situation in the country's north is the continuation of the hybrid war, which Russia and Serbia lead, thus recognises security expert Agim Musliu. According to him, concern is the presence of mask and armed gangs in the country's north, what KFOR says should be concerned while Kosovo institutions are [...]
In an interview for Kosovo Press, Musliu until commenting on the latest developments in the north stresses that a tense situation mostly corresponds to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“This we have seen last night is a continuation of the hybrid war, which Russia leads along with its partnership in the Balkans, Serbia through Serbia's president, war criminal Mr. Vuciq, and is in its continuation to stop, to stumble, or to buy more time and benefit more from internationals, or to say to take advantage of time, and also to take advantage of money, whether Albanians are hindering the Serb population in the north and are threatened by Albanians... In my opinion, this situation mostly coincides with Putin. Because he wants to spark another crisis in the Balkans, to prevent Balkan democratisation, in fact has the whole war on the United States of America and the European Union”, Musliu says.
Musliu says that the situation in the north is calm until he mentions cases of tension.
There are a few moments, the first moment, and I think it is key, which can most bother Serbian citizens and Kosovo institutions, are presenting people in masks north of Kosovo, which is not the first time. But for this time they have also appeared armed in the middle of the day and there is the possibility that Russia and Serbia in co-operation send their known gangs operating on the territory of Serbia and Russia to influence the destabilisation of the situation in Kosovo. And this should bother mostly northern Kosovo Serbs and push even more active institutions of the Republic of Kosovo”, he says.
However, the security expert estimates that Kosovo citizens should feel calm, here stressing the support of Kosovo's Allied forces.
“After 30 days it will not change anything in terms of either security or implementation of this government decision, I think because I can't predict it, it can change the situation, but as regards these structures that are found in the north then KFOR must first of all, because it has the full mandate to operate in the entire territory of the Republic of Kosovo, KFOR should be concerned about the presence of these units in Kosovo's north of these people, these masked gangs that operate and are willing to fuel conflict in this part of the country”, he says.
Among other things, Agim Musliu has called on the media not to place any emphasis on false news coming from Serbia, but to fully believe statements from the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo.
The Kosovo government has made the decision that Serbian citizens will equip themselves with entry documents once they enter the territory of the Republic of Kosovo.
The decision has begun to be implemented by Monday's 24:00th, while on Sunday Serbs have placed barricades at the border checkpoints, Jarinje and Brnjak.
Prime Minister Albin Kurti has declared that they are willing to postpone for 30 days the implementation of this decision if barricades leave the border crossings.
