In his complaint, Applatov has declared he wants to go to school, as he risks losing the year. He wants to be released in presentation and not in jail until the investigation is complete.
Ukrainians and two Russian citizens -- 33-year-old Svetlana Timofoeva, 23-year-old -- were arrested Saturday evening on August 20th after an incident at the military plant in Gramsh.
As they tried to enter the plant, they attacked two Albanian soldiers with the spray neuro-paralyzing spray.
In their testimony, foreign citizens have said they are bloggers and photographed mainly military territories that are abandoned and no longer used by the state.
They are now officially burdened with the accusation of “Secret Information array”, and “Security information”.
For this event, Defence Minister Niko Peleshi said the day before that the case is being seriously investigated and that it is not disfellowshipped to draw attention to another event.
While Interior Minister Bledi Cuci said the investigations follow. National security has been violated by the opposition.
