North Korea has made it clear through diplomatic channels that in addition to providing assistance in overcoming war damage, it is ready to send even combat forces in an effort to balance in favour of Moscow, Regnum news agency reported.
These troops would be transferred to the self-declared republics of Donetsk and Luhansk, which Kim Jong recently recognized as independent states, writes Daily MailI follow Periscope.
