Full of 38m euros, the Western Ham club's leaders offered to the Albanian assailant, but Chelsea appears not to want to sell the red player.
A loan is not considered at all possible, with merctos expert Fabrizo Romano showing that the German coach of Chelsea, Thomas Tuchel, is a great fan of 20-year-old qualities.
So the German coach and leaders of the Chelsea club do not want to sell the player, who has contracts until 2026 with blues.
“Chelsea and West Ham are still in direct negotiations for the agreement with Armando Broja. Chelsea is now struggling to keep Armandon, Tucell is a big fan who wants him to stay.
