Eight years from Shaqiri and Jaka's goal and eagle against Serbia

It was June 22, 2018. The match between Switzerland and Serbia was heading towards the draw, 1:1. And Gerdan Shaqiri took the stage.
Shaqiri launched a counterattack, and a Serb protector followed him. Albanian football player ran from half the field, and when he entered the area, he calmly sent the ball under the feet of the Serbian goalkeeper. Switzerland won 2:1 thanks to Shaqiri's goal in the 90th minute.
Shaqiri's victory goal was celebrated by forming the figure of the two - head eagle with two hands. Likewise, alongside Shaqiri, Granit Jaka and Swiss Stephan Lichtsteiner celebrated. The latter is currently Shaqiri's coach at Basel.
There are no Albanians who have not enjoyed that Gerdan Shaqiri goal. The Swiss have also enjoyed it, but probably not as many Albanians. It involved more opposition than Shaqiri and, of course, more than Switzerland.
Switzerland later qualified from Group E. Serbia was eliminated.
Shaqiri in an interview given for TIME had said the goal towards Serbia was best in career. Shaqiri retired from Switzerland after European 2024. But he remains a legend of the helvetics.
