Four cases have been reported so far, where Albanian citizens who circulated in that section have been banned and tortured, causing injuries and causing material damage to their vehicles, on the part of persons suspected of being part of road blocking organisations. Kosovo police will take all further actions in co-operation and co-ordination with justice bodies”, police report.
