Three people in Mitrovica arrested, two kidnapped an 18-year-old, another raped

As a result of intensive investigations during the day, investigators of the Regional Investigations Sector in South Mitrovica have identified and arrested three suspected persons -- citizens of the Republic of Kosovo for criminal acts CHARmbrim and yDhunim.

H. M., 20, and G. B. 21, year old. Their arrest has been made over reasonable allegations and provided evidence, that in the evening hours of August 12th 2022, in Mitrovica, the two suspects have kidnapped the female/cosovare victim of the 18 years of age, who was forced into the car, with cases against it being subjected to violence in various forms, causing bodily injury. The victim has been offered medical treatment.

Under the ongoing investigation into police investigators based on the victim's additional statement have managed to reveal that the victim of the kidnapping case months ago had been the victim of rape by suspect B.M., 34 years old, which had not been reported by the victim.

A series of operational and investigative actions, including raids on two locations where material evidence has been found that are related to criminal acts.
On reasonable doubts and provided evidence, two suspects H. M., and, yes, G. B. 21., they're being investigated for criminal work.

After the interview, the three suspects with the prosecutor's decision to do so have been assigned a 48-hour detention measure.
