Today it seems to be the day of foreign ambassadors' visits to state leaders.
President Vjosa Osmani met with German Ambassador Jorn Rohde, following US Ambassador Jeff Hovenier, who met with Prime Minister Albin Kurti and British Nicholas Abbott, who met with Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislim.
Osmani and Rohde have talked about recent developments in the north, where the country's first one has stressed that in relation to recent developments in northern Kosovo, Kosovo institutions are committed to continuing full co-ordination with international partners.
Kosovo, according to Osmani, is always ready to take steps that contribute to the peace and stability of the country and the region.
It has also suggested that it is more important to send clear messages to Serbia from the international community that its promotional rhetoric and violent actions will not be tolerated through illegal structures in northern Kosovo.
The meeting also discussed Kosovo's candidacy for membership in the Council of Europe and continuing work at different levels of governance and diplomacy to successfully complete the process.
The importance of closing the visa liberalisation process for Kosovo citizens was discussed as well as the organisation of the Forum for Women, Peace and Security, whose host will be President Osmani in October this year in Pristina.
US Ambassador to Kosovo Jeff Hovenier has held regular weekly meetings with Prime Minister Albin Kurti, meanwhile, the British ambassador had a meeting with Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi.
