Mustaf for agreement on Kosovo-Serbia documents: A Small Step Toward normalisation

National Council of Albanians of the Presevo Valley Chairman Ragmi Mustaf has called the agreement on documents between Kosovo and Serbia a small step towards normalising relations between the two states that must be concluded with the final, internationally binding agreement.

In a Facebook post, Mustafi has stressed that normalising Kosovo-Serbia relations is put through reciprocity that does not inevitably avoid even addressing the position of Albanians in the Presevo Valley.
