Through a media communiqué, the Communists' Association says the upper ministries, as a group of signatories with the SBASK, for the Kolekt contracts for benefits that benefit education and health workers, have made interference in municipal competencies, burdening their budgets with financial burdens, even though municipalities are not signatories.
According to them, municipalities do not have access to budget planning for implementation of Kolektive contracts.
Because of these two contracts, the municipalities of '%u have received over 35m euros from their budgets, and therefore we have no realisation of capital projects, poor ratings from the audience, and many other problems for which municipalities are not being supported by the central level to find an adequate solution. According to the announcement, the indictment will be headed for compensation of material damage, as well as allowing budgetary planning for full implementation of the Kolektive contracts.
