The Ministry of Education, through a recently released announcement, has given an answer to researchers of changing administrative guidance for carrying the headscarf to schools.
Although this issue is not specifically mentioned, the ministry has two paragraphs to consider, however, an indirect response to the recent request regarding Administrative Guide.
“The right to schooling is guaranteed with the European Convention of Human Rights, the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, and the Pre-university Education Law, so that it is consistent with the responsibilities we have, we will fulfil all legal obligations and make sure that every child is in school banks.
The Ministry of Education will engage in advancing the education system and creating a secure, favourable and supportive environment for all where no one feels excluded and violated”, Periscopi says in the report.

The Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation reports that in co-operation with the Municipal Education Directorate and school leaders is making adequate preparations for the new school year 2022/2023 to start under the pre-planned plan.
In addition to investments in improving educational infrastructure, THE August is carefully handling legal aspects and arranging important issues in the best possible way.
