Lavrov: Wucinq and Putin talk on the phone, coordinate steps for the future

Commenting on his failure to do so in Belgrade in June, the Russian minister said the “at they failed at the order of their “bos” must understand that their “devices” cannot shake Russian-Serbian relations”.
In Russia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs press release, Lavrov and Vulin reportedly discussed issues of bilateral and regional co-operation, bilateral commitment to further strengthening of strategic partnerships and narrow co-ordination of efforts to strengthen stability and security in the Balkans.
“Taking into account the recent deterioration of the situation in Kosovo and tensions that are still present there, the necessity of overhauling the situation on the basis of strict respect of international law standards was stressed, relying on UN Security Council Resolution 1244, and on the sovereignty and territorial integrity, Serbia's legitimate rights and interests”, the report said.
Serbia's Minister of Internal Affairs, Aleksandar Vulin, has been in Moscow today, where he met Lavrov, as well as officials of Russia's Ministry of Defence and Special Industry.
