Kurti told the ministers that the Ministry of Internal Affairs has given clarifications to procedures and facilities” on the issue.
“MPB has published all reports in Albanian and Serbian, while there were also information activities on the ground”, Kurti said.
He pointed out the benefits of Serbian citizens from converting their vehicle plates.
“Converting vehicle license plates from illegal ones to those RKS serves order and law, public security and free movement throughout our Republic”, Kurti said.
The prime minister cited tax release and tariffs in this case, which said that “is worth a total amount of about 5 thousand euros”.
He also spoke about the decision on equipment with the exit document, which was postponed to start implementing on September 1st.
The decision to use the access-out document will not prevent freedom of movement”, Kurti said.
He indicated that the document from Kosovo institutions to the border is issued for 20 seconds, while stressing that Serbia's procedure on this takes Kosovo citizens 10 to 60 minutes.
Kurti also spoke of false information from Belgrade that Serbian citizens will be confiscated from ID documents, while ordering citizens: “don't let those whose aim is to destabilise”.
The same words, the prime minister said in the Serbian language.
