U.S. professor, the whole auto license plate situation, and reciprocity with documents, has been summed up in ten points.
He claims this crisis has nothing to do with Kosovo's implicit recognition. Recalling an interview on March, he writes that Kosovo's chief negotiator and Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislim flatly accepted it. “Bislimi offered to include the statement that this [agreement] does not mean Serbia recognises Kosovo”.
The American professor then writes that Kosovo already collects customs and has “Border Management”, so why the big fuss?
“Around 90% of Kosovo Serbs, in the north and south, own official documents issued by the Republic of Kosovo, according to Kosovo Serbs”, he writes, rtk.
As a third point, he writes that Greece does not recognise Kosovo, yet accepts RKS plates and Kosovo travel documents.
More evidence that this is not a crisis of sovereignty.
At fourth point, the professor writes that if concern is securing the rights of Kosovo Serbs then Vuciq can lead the way for Kosovo to join the KiE, offering Kosovo Serbs access to the GEDNJ. This would immediately change relations”.
As a fifth point, he mentions that, instead, Vuciq is discovering the infamous wartime rhetoric preceding ethnic cleansing and genocide in Bosnia.
“Milan Radociq and other Kosovo Serb figures have been directly informed by US Ambassador Havenier that Kosovo's reciprocity measures are in line with Brussels and legitimate agreements. Hüvenier has appealed to the parties to manage and de-tradition the” situation, writes Joseph as sixth.
At 7th point, the American professor writes that Kosovo is obliged to implement the Commission Association with the Serb Majority, in accordance with its Constitution.
“In autumn 2020, Kurt's predecessor, Avdullah Hoti, signed the Washington Agreement, and at one point agreed that the association should be put in order day”.
The professor further writes that Belgrade responded with threats, insults and provocations, led by then Defence Minister Aleksandar Vulin.
“Now serving as Interior Minister, Vulin has just met Lavrov and Ptrusev in Moscow in open opposition to the EU and the US, all lit by Vuciq”.
At ninth point, he writes that Vuciq/Charade continues. The Serbian president creates a crisis and is later presented as a solution to problems and a West partner. Bosnia's similar dynamic with Dodik's restraint and the false support of BiH's sovereignty”.
After all, the American professor claims that perhaps the Vuciki Theatre will lead to some progress. In any case, let us accept the talented Tespian, President Vuciq, who has created this false crisis”.
