Hoti: Kurti has no credit for the agreement with MCC, core projects have been removed

Former Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti has said the agreement signed between Kosovo with the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) on energy, Kurti Government has at least credit for the deal.

Hoti has said the Kurti Government has delayed signing this agreement for at least two years and that Kosovo has been on the Kompack programme even then.

This deal started in 2016 in the Mustafa government. Then President Atifete Jahjaga and Prime Minister Mustafa have worked hard in meeting the conditions to qualify for these programmes, and Kosovo's index on the list of corruption we've had quite well, even now in 2022, the ranking has come as far as it was in 2017, so we've qualified for the Kompact programme, and by the end of the year 2018, there's a formal decision of the MCC board that Kosovo qualifies for the Kompak programme, and then started testing that Kosovo has economic growth and the Kosovo government in August of 2020 has accepted from the MCC to finance projects from the MCC, and we're willing to finance the MCC projects in September, and we've put in the MCC plans to launch the MCC, and then we've got the MCC plans to launch the GSCC project, which we's in the KCCCCC project, which we's's are willing to launching the KCCCC project.

The LDK deputy has said it is wrong to say that power capacities increase through this project.
