The Russian invasion of Ukraine has caused the most serious crisis in relations between Russia and the West since the Cuba crisis in 1962, when many people feared that the world was near a nuclear war.
The Russian Defence Ministry, led by a close ally of President Vladimir Putin, said Vadym Skibitsky, official by Ukrainian Intelligence, had confessed to the Telegraph that Washington was coordinating the HIMARS missile attacks.
The “all this is unbreakable proof that Washington, despite White House claims, is directly involved in the conflict in Ukraine”, the ministry said.
