Two billion dollar investment, memorandum for construction of Durres resort

The $2 billion investment is a co-operation between “Eagle Hills Real Poststate Development” shpk, represented by the world-renowned developer's investor El Alabbar and “Albanian Seaports Development Company”.

In his speech at the ceremony, Prime Minister Edi Rama said this is the biggest tourist investment and in the region, Euronews.al reports.

According to Rama, this investment results from a number of steps.
