During yesterday it was announced by EU foreign policy representative Josep Borelli that Kosovo and Serbia have reached agreement on IDs. However, then the document where it was seen to be an agreement almost the same as that of 2011 signed by former negotiator Edita Tahiri.
Deliu says Kosovo's current prime minister during the time he had been in opposition to achieve power has criticised the agreements reached by past former governments.
