He has said Vuciq's goal is to realise any territorial victories in northern Kosovo.
My personal view of these last few months following the Russian invasion in Ukraine has to say that I haven't changed my view as to the existence of a greater threat to leaders, so autocratic leaders may be limited to what Putin did in Ukraine... so I actually felt in the early weeks of the invasion of Ukraine”
But I think the risk has been reduced because it didn't happen just as Putin had planned and when we speak directly about Kosovo and the threats of a war even though Vuciq clearly intends to undermine the role of Kosovo institutions and its democracy, I think I will look closely at how to go against it to make any territorial victories especially in northern Kosovo, until the Iber River, because the plan did not function as Putin had thought Putin”.
“So I think that the chances for war in terms of military action and the military invasion of northern Kosovo are still very small”. / Clen Kosovo
