According to Arabbar, the Durres resort will provide entertainment opportunities and there will be room for any customer demand.
He also added prices will be adequate for Albania's economic level.
The Memorandum of Co-operation was signed yesterday for construction of the Durres resort.
The $2m investment is a co-operation between “Eagle Hills Real Poststate Development” shpk, represented by the world-renowned developer's investor El Alabbar and “Albanian Seaports Development Company”. /Euronews Albania/
