“It is a constant requirement of BIK's headship, its institutions and Muslim believers to be abolished, respectively, to remove all of the 1.13 points of Article 3, in Administrative Guideship 06/2014, because it is discriminated against, and as such in some cases there are post-intensions that are being called on this directive, in this respect, the right of schooling denied to the students carrying the Muslim cover of <x1), further reported in the municipality for the media.
In addition, it is said that “Article 3, paragraph 1.1 of Administrative Guide No. 06/2014 stops carrying religious uniform to schools, because our school is secular. Besides the secular state, the right to education cannot be denied to anyone, by no one”
