Bajrami: Kurt must find solutions, not confrontation, the idea of punishing unionists is a criminal offence.

Former Minister Hykmete Bajrami has sharply criticised the Kurti government for thinking he will punish with a pay ban on all unionists who will hold strikes. Which, according to Mrs. Bajrami, the ruling party, Government and Kurti, should find solutions rather than confront strikings. She says that “ide to punish unionists [...]
She says the “idea to punish striking unionists is a criminal offence and cannot be realised in a democratic state like Kosovo. We have the Law on Gravat in place, which has given the worker the right to organise legal strike and has given him protection that no one can take action against him because he has entered legal strike”

The ruling party, Government and Kurti, must find solutions, not confront strikers
The ruling party, the Vetevendosje Movement -- once a supporter of each strike in the public and private sector -- must find solutions soon for the strike launched today because the damage from the duration of the strike could be uncompliable.
The ruling party, the Vetevendosje Movement, is obliged to sit down with unionists, start social dialogue and find a solution to the strike's outcome.
Vetevendosje has come to power, promising solutions for any local, central, and international problems.
Now, instead of solutions, the government has chosen confrontation with unions as the only way. This road is wrong, as the consequences will all bear, not just the ruling party and Prime Minister Kurti. Even the idea of punishing the striking unionists is criminal and cannot be realised in a democratic state like Kosovo. We have the Law for Gravat in place, which has given the worker the right to organise a legal strike and has given him protection that no one can take action against him for entering a legal strike. Punishments through commissioners and commissioners can only be made in parties, but not in Government.
The ruling party, the Vetevendosje Movement and Prime Minister Kurti have remained on the table theme and are not dealing with any other problems. Not even with the problem of education. Not even with the energy problem. Not even with the economic problem. Not even with the health problem.
Instead of solutions, the ruling Party, the Vetevendosje Movement and Prime Minister Kurti have chosen not to talk about any subject other than tables and meetings with Vucici, once the last priority.
