It's a matter of years, because they're considering it. The Balkans are not a small country for the Council of Europe and is a unstable country. With the Balkans we have seen it especially with Kosovo because of its problems, they have been dealt with urgently. Although it is now a resolution put forward by the Albanian state for Kosovo as a member, but it believes that within the year the resolution will be considered and will receive an epilog”, Musa declared in Tvjet1.
By contrast, the Republic of Albania has handed over to the Council of Europe the resolution against Dick Marty's report on groundless claims of human organ trafficking.
The resolution of the Albanian Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, which was adopted on July 21st, calls for a subsequent report and reviews the 2011 Resolution, re-evaluating Marty's accusations of illegal trafficking of human organs.
