The Transparency Board in Albania has set new prices for the sale of hydrocarbons.
Starting this Thursday, oil will be sold $221.87 per litre [$1.87], rising by $5.
Benzina will be sold for $202 [1.7 euros] per litre, while the price of selling liquid gas will be 80 leks [0.68 euros] per litre.
Prices set by the Board will come into effect today on 11 August 18.00 and will be valid until the next meeting of the board, reflecting the sales price changes.
“Transparency Board decisions of August 11th 2022, are due to price hikes at the Plats Meteran Stock Exchange of 10,08.2022, where gasoline rose by $23/ton, and Gazoili increased by $45/ton from the 08.08.2022”, says the Board's announcement.
