Ramush Haradinaj's party spokesman, Lulzim Blaka, has reacted after the Finance Ministry has warned it will stop the salaries of teachers who go on strike, Express reports.
Blaka has said that educators are experiencing this for the second time, since the first time had happened in 1990 when Slobodan Milosevic fired them because of the strike.
