This terrible event allegedly started in the Arberia neighbourhood park and then in several other locations.
According to the prosecution, the alleged “committed sexual relations without the will of the injured “in the manner the defendant had originally called his minor brother on the phone. Then the defendant has gone with (surveil) “PickUp” at the park in the neighbourhood of “Arberia” in Pristina and took his brother and suspect J. S. and G. J. who fled and were hurt. Then the minor and J landed on the way to the cemetery. S. While the defendant along with G. J. and the injured were driven away by car, so after a while E. R. He stopped his car in an unknown location and had sex with the injured. Even though it's a day it's damaged it's under 14 years of age”.
Based on her mother's testimony, the girl was said to have left home on Saturday evening hours and had no information on her fate. She was shocked when after midnight the girl was found and in a bad emotional state confessed what had happened to her.
