Victims of criminal group, eight people suspected of involvement in organised crime

Eight people have been arrested after the same are involved in several criminal acts, Periscopi writes.

Police reports say how material evidence has been found and seized eight mobile phones, narcotics, a car.

Kosovo's “Police, the Directorate for Investigation of Organised Crime (DHKO) respectively in co-operation and co-ordination with the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, have successfully carried out several days' operation on a criminal group involved in several criminal acts such as “The participation or organisation of the Organised Criminal Group” related to works “Cause of the General Danger”, “Zarnie”, “taskary”, etc., which has resulted in the arrest of eight (8) suspected persons”, reportedly in the report.

Kosovo police, the Directorate for Investigation of Organised Crime (DHKO), respectively, in co-operation and co-ordination with the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo have successfully carried out several days' operation against a criminal group involved in several criminal acts such as “Action or Organised Criminal Group “linked to works. Cause of the General Danger”, “Zarnje”, “taskary”, etc., which has resulted in the arrest of eight (8) suspected persons.

The suspects arrested are:

The investigated cases allegedly involved the most arrested persons are, the case of 19,06.2022, where around 2:20 a fire-fire occurred at a bar in Pristina's “Dardani”, where it was suspected that the fire was caused by the launch of a gasoline bottle (cococote Motototo), which had only caused material damage.

Also dated 22.06.2022, sometime around 3:30, a hand grenade was dropped at the same location near this bar in Pristina that had only caused material damage to three cars that were parked.

As of 06.06.2022, sometime at 3:03 p.m., on “Shemsi Ahmeti” Street in Mitrovica had been dropped a hand grenade that had not been activated (broken). The grenade in question from the site of the event was withdrawn by the respective KP unit.

By 28.06.22, about 3:30 p.m., on the Mitrovica Mullyr Street, a hand grenade was dropped that had only caused material damage.

Referring to the cases taken have been concrete actions by the investigation sector within the DHKO, with pro-active investigative approaches with the authorisation of the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, where it has been achieved to identify the organised criminal group directly involved in the conduct of high-profile criminal acts.

With operational actions undertaken in line with the dates of 20.06, 22.06, 23,06, 27.06 and 03.07.2022 were managed to arrest eight (8) people suspected of having been directly involved in committing high-profile criminal acts.

Materially tested qualities have been seized:

Eight (8) mobile phones,

A (1) car,

6,7grams of narcotic (marihuas), as well as

Other material evidence that serves in further procedure.

Suspects initially at the prosecutor's order have been in custody, then, according to the Court's decision, the detention measure for thirty 30 days has been continued.

Significantly, one of the arrested persons was looking for papers from the competent court.
