It was discovered in the Chernihiv region of northern Ukraine, while border guards were performing “tasks”, according to Kiev.
Hard disk contains a list of Russian Army staff and biographic data from a special air defence artillery unit.
It also contains details of Russian weapons, as well as data on military exercises.
A number of documents were reportedly labeled “classified”.
Ukrainian law enforcement officers now have photos, characteristics, passports copies and other documents of invaders”, says the State Border Service.
