Shala has proposed a common energy market between Kosovo and Albania, northern Macedonia and Montenegro, and energy stability would thus be achieved.
He stressed it would have to be found an alternative strategy, with no direct violation.
According to him, generators placed in institutions could not cover energy needs by depending on oil.
“Energy security is a multidimensional concept that includes not only supply security but also consumer protection and price sustainability. In an increasingly interdependent and variable world, the concept of energy security must be changed and fulfilled as the current need is. Based on the Security Strategy Document of the Republic of Kosovo 2021-2030, where energy security is the main component against which not even a concrete long-term stabilisation action that endangers national security in the country” She said Shala

The current “government seeing that the system and energy infrastructure in Kosovo will not be able to afford autumn 2022 will have to think that in March of this year in finding an alternative strategic route that the attack could be made to Kosovo in the absence of energy would provide a fixed bypass so that we would not have a direct breach of national security in the country, where it is known that generators placed in institutions will not be able to cover the energy need by depending also on the main factor that remains as the main source for these generators. The situation will be heavy because we are late in taking steps, and Kosovo is in charge of a black out of energy in the months of autumn/oritre” Shala added.

Energy security '% black out in Kosovo
Energy security is a multidimensional concept that includes not only supply security but also consumer protection and price sustainability. In an increasingly interdependent and variable world, the concept of energy security must be changed and fulfilled as the current need is.
Based on the Security Strategy Document of the Republic of Kosovo 2021-2030, where energy security is the main component against which not even a concrete long-term stabilisation action that jeopardises national security has been undertaken.
How much interconcise connection does Kosovo have with neighbouring state, and what is their capacity?
Based on data and research that was carried out by INDEP Institute for Development Policy when, among other things, they presented the site as the following:
Kosovo/Serbia has total 1 line 400 KV, 1 line 220 KV as well as 2 Line 110 KV that the total is on KV-840 KV from across 1420 The KV, which has with neighbouring states such as Albania, Northern Macedonia, Montenegro -- that is, the difference between Kosovo and Serbia and Kosovo with all those other countries -- is 580 KV.
So the question is that there is no concrete institutional action on whether there is political/strategic space to create an energy union with Albania that should be Kosovo's priority?
This process should precede an integration into the regional energy market necessary for energy transition. Kosovo has the unique opportunity of joining the market with Albania to benefit from lower capacity and security growth costs of the market. This will be accomplished through the unification of the capacity of greenhouse reserves in the region, the same ones that enable much lower costs for states, as well as smaller need for additional capacities.
But don't stop co-operation just one common market with Albania anymore, but in the long-term process we have a common energy market -- Kosovo, Albania, Northern Macedonia and Montenegro -- and thus we would be able to have an energy stability with all possible charities.
The current government seeing that Kosovo's energy system and infrastructure will not be able to afford autumn/Design 2022 would have to think that in the March month of this year in finding an alternative strategic route that the arrangement that could be made to Kosovo in the absence of energy would provide a specific password so that we would not have a direct breach of national security in the country where the generators placed in institutions would not be able to cover the energy needs by depending on the main factor that remains as the primary source for these generators.
The situation will be heavy because we are late in taking steps, and Kosovo is heading for a black out of energy in the months of autumn/ori.
