Economy Minister Artane Rizvanolli, during her report to the Health Commission on the Energy Crisis, has said she cannot remember whether she received warnings long ago about the possibility of an energy crisis.
Asked by the commission's member, Ferat Shala, whether he has responded to the letters of energy institutions in the country, which according to him, have been alarmed for possible crisis since the summer months, Kosovo's first economy said two letters were received in October and November.
“in October and November I have received two paperwork that has informed me of increased energy consumption, which has also informed that, due to the need for import, the transmission capacity” may be overwhelmed, Rizvanolli said.
As for taking measures, Rizvanolli said the measures were taken at the moment they heard what was happening in Europe.
