In the draft resolution handed down by a group of Socialist Party deputies confirmed Albania's position that denying the genocide committed against Bosniak people by Bosnian Serb forces constitutes violations of international law.
Initiatives claimed that the draft resolution refers to the 3 resolutions adopted by the European Parliament in 2005, 2009 and 2015.
The initiative comes after the fall in May of the resolution handed down by Sali Berisha. The majority dropped it with the argument that it could not vote on an initiative of a person declared non grata by the US.
Meanwhile, the Socialist Party has sought to pass by accelerated procedure ratification of NATO membership protocols for Sweden and Finland to be reviewed during today. /euronews. al
