REL: People wearing masks have been seen along northern Kosovo streets

In northern Kosovo, road barricade has begun, hours before the Government's decision for reciprocity to take effect in rejecting documents issued by Serbia.
Kosovo police have reportedly closed border crossings in Brnjak and Jarinje, due to roadblocks that lead to these two points.
Meanwhile, according to ground information, REL reports, passengers in Jarinje are consulting to return to Serbia, as well as on magical roads north of Kosovo are seeing people in masks.
The roadblocks in trucks began north after an hour the city's alarm was sounded.
The government of the Republic of Kosovo has announced that on August 1st the decision on reciprocity with Serbia will go into effect on recognising the documents.
From Monday to Kosovo, Serbian citizens presenting ID documents issued by Serbia at the border will be equipped with a document “access/ex1>. This document will be issued at all ground and air crossings and will be valid for 90 days, just as the document Serbian authorities issue to Kosovo citizens when they enter Serbia.
