He is Edmond (Engl) Nokai, born with 03.09.1992, identified by personal number 1232708260, residents in the village of Marmul-Gjakov and wanted for criminal work “Cause of total risk”.
Police announcement:
Kosovo Police, the Regional Directorate of Police in Gjakova, based on authorisation of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova for publishing the photograph of the suspected person in the case, with its own purpose to locate it, issues a request for co-operation with citizens.
The suspected person is:
•Edmond (Engel) Nokai, born with 03.09.1992, identified by personal number 1232708260, resident of the village of Marmul-Gjakova.
Near the Regional Investigation Sector at the Regional Police Directorate- Gjakova is under way in intensive investigation, where the high-ranking suspect who by illegal actions committed criminal work “has been identified during investigative actions. The cause of the general risk” and then has left in the unknown direction.
In the case, the presence of the person in question has not been achieved despite numerous investigative and operational commitments by the Regional Sector for Investigation and other units under the Regional Police-Gjakov Directorate.
Kosovo police require citizens of the Republic of Kosovo that whoever has information on the whereabouts of the suspected person presented in the photo attached, announce Kosovo Police or the nearest police station.
