In a statement, the ministry said Ukraine will accept tanks belonging to the Balkan nation's tanks battalion, the battalion that is in the process of improving, writes The Guardian.
Taking into account the situation and demands of the Ukrainian Defence Ministry, the Government has decided that a number of these tanks would be donated to Ukraine, in line with its” needs, the report said.
The ministry does not specify the exact number of tanks, but said they belonged to the third generation of 1970-1980s that have stable computer controls to shoot.
Northern Macedonia is a NATO member and candidate to join the European Union. /Periscopi/
