You must have heard that using some lotions to protect yourself from biting ticks and mosquitoes is not the best solution.
One of the best alternatives is coconut oil. It contains fatty acids that act as an excellent natural lobe.
Experts from the U.S. Department of Agriculture conducted a study published in Scientific Reports.
Reports on experiments conducted say they were able to identify fatty acids in coconut oil, which are especially effective in protecting against insect bites.
In experiments, they used an isolated form of fatty acid, meaning that concentrations were far higher than those present naturally in coconut oil.
For every 100 grams of coconut oil, use some 10 essential drops of oil or essential oil at your will.
Once you are sure that your skin tolerates it well, you can apply it throughout your body. Focus, of course, mainly in areas that are most exposed. On days when you spend more time in the wild, remember to apply it regularly. Replicating is also necessary with great perspiration.
Avoid applying in areas near your mouth or eyes. Use only in places not protected by clothing.
By doing so, make sure that you do not use more than you should and not apply often. Always shower after use.
