As to Keating, the former special envoy for Kosovo- Serbia by former US President Donald Trump, Richard Green.
Green in his Twitter response has reminded U.S. conventioner Bill Keating of the time Kurt refused the American gas deal.
The former special envoy added that, according to him, this weakness does not help American diplomacy.
